Scott Holmes is an Ontario-based AI automation builder. He builds AI voice agents with Retell AI and Vapi, workflow automations with n8n, knowledge systems that answer questions from a business's own documents using Claude and Flowise, and AI agents built on the Claude API and MCP, a standard way for AI to work with other software.
He has built AI systems for clients ranging from local trades businesses to technology companies. Why small business?
Bigger companies have a receptionist, an office manager and someone whose whole job is chasing invoices. A five-person HVAC company has the owner, at 9 p.m., with a laptop on the kitchen table.
For years, software that could answer a phone or sort an inbox was built and priced for those bigger companies. That has changed. Privacy: we design with Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA) and Quebec's Law 25 in mind, tell you which services handle your data, and can host the parts we run in a Canadian cloud region, such as Azure Canada Central or AWS ca-central-1, when you need data kept in Canada.

Can you come to my business in person?
We work by phone and video. That keeps costs down and means we can work with a business in any province the same way.

No. We build agents from established tools like Retell AI, Twilio, n8n and Claude, and connect them to the software you already use, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and QuickBooks.
