First a free 30-minute call, then a free working prototype of one job, built in 5 business days. If you like it, you get a fixed price, and the production build is typically live in about 2 weeks. Here is every step, what we need from you and how long each part takes.
What are the steps to get an AI agent?
Six steps. The first two are free, and you can stop after either one.
Free 30-minute call
By phone or video. You tell us how your week really goes and what you'd hand off if you could. We name the 2 or 3 jobs worth giving to an agent first, and we agree on the one job to prototype.
Free working prototype
I build a working prototype of that one job on your real tools in a test setup, or on sample data you send. It's working within 5 business days and you watch it run on a video call. Free, no obligation.
Fixed price in writing
If you want to go ahead, we send a short plan in plain English: what the agent will do, what it won't, what it connects to, and one fixed price. The prototype work isn't charged on top.
The production build
We collect your hours, services, prices and rules, connect the agent to your live phone, calendar, email or QuickBooks, and you try the test version before any customer does. Typically live in about 2 weeks.
Go live, with support
We switch it on, often starting small, like after-hours calls only. You get written documentation, a walkthrough and 2 weeks of support included.
Optional monthly support
Costs from $99/month, month to month, cancel anytime. Or run it yourself with the documentation. Either way, you own what we build.
How long does each step take?
About 5 business days to a free working prototype, then typically about 2 weeks from the day you approve the fixed price to a live agent.

Free prototypes are limited to 4 a month, first come, first served. If the month is full, we give you the next start date. Bigger production builds, like connecting several systems at once, can take longer, and we tell you before you agree to anything.
What do we need from you?
Less than you might think. Most of the work is ours.
- The decision-maker on the call: usually that's you, the owner.
- Sample data or test access for the prototype: your hours and prices, a few old quotes or a handful of receipts, depending on the job. The prototype never touches live customers or production data.
- Your information for the real build: hours, services, service area, prices or price ranges, and the questions customers ask you every week.
- Access to the tools it connects to: your calendar, email, QuickBooks or job software. Where the tool allows it, you add us as a user or approve a connection, so you never have to share your own password.
- Your rules: what counts as urgent, what needs your approval, and anything the agent should never say.
- Honest feedback: on the prototype and the test version. The more you poke at it before launch, the better it behaves after.
What happens after launch?
The agent is yours to run. Here's how the first weeks and months work.
📅 The first 2 weeks
Support is included. We watch how the agent handles real calls and messages with you, fix anything it gets wrong and adjust its wording. Your documentation explains what it does and how to change simple things, like your hours, yourself.
🔧 After that, your choice
Keep optional monthly support from $99/month, month to month and cancel anytime, and we update the agent when your prices, hours or services change and fix problems if they come up. Or run it yourself with the documentation. You own what we build: the workflows, prompts and documentation.
👀 You can always see what it did
Every call, text and email the agent handles is logged with a short summary. You never have to take its word for anything.
⏸️ You can switch it off
Call forwarding can be turned off from your phone, and the Follow-Up and Admin Agents can be paused. We show you how during the walkthrough. Your business goes back to running the way it did before.
Questions about the process
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. If you can read a text message and approve an email, you can work with an agent. We do the technical setup, and you can check on it from your phone.
I'm flat out busy. How much of my time does this take?
Most of the work is ours. Your part is the free call, sending sample data or test access for the prototype, a video call to see it run, then about an hour giving us your information and some time trying the test version before launch.
How long until I see something working?
Your free prototype is working within 5 business days of the day we have your sample data and test access, and you see it on a video call. If you go ahead, the production build is typically live in about 2 weeks from the day you approve the fixed price.
Can we start with something small?
Yes. You can start with one piece, like texting back missed calls, which we build as a single automation at a lower price than a full agent. You can add the rest later.
What if an agent isn't right for my business?
Then we'll tell you on the free call, before you spend anything. And if the free prototype shows it's not worth it, you owe nothing. Some jobs aren't a good fit for an agent, and we'd rather say so than build something you won't use.
