A Free AI Agent Prototype for Your Small Business in 5 Business Days

After a free 30-minute call, I'll build a working prototype of one AI agent or workflow for your business in 5 business days, free, with no obligation. It runs on your real tools in a test setup or on sample data you provide, never touches live customers, and you watch it work on a video call. I build 4 a month, first come, first served.

What got faster, and what didn't

Building an agent has a mechanical side: setting up the project, connecting your phone line, calendar, email or QuickBooks, wiring the steps together and testing them. AI coding tools now do that side of the work about 5x faster.

The other side hasn't sped up at all. Learning how your week really runs, deciding what the agent should and shouldn't say to your customers, and the judgement calls only you can make still take the time they always did. That's why every prototype starts with a free 30-minute call, and why it covers one job, not your whole business.

The time saved on the mechanical work is what lets me build the prototype for free. You see your agent doing its job before you commit to anything.

What do you get with a free prototype?

A real, working piece of software you can poke at, not a slideshow.

  • One job, working: one agent or one workflow, built and running.
  • Built around your business: your real tools in a test setup, or sample data you send, like your hours, price list, a few old quotes or a handful of receipts.
  • A video call to see it run: you watch it answer, text or file, and you can try it yourself.
  • A written summary to keep: what it does and what the full build would cost, whether you go ahead or not.
  • No risk to your customers: it doesn't touch live customers or production data.

What are the terms?

All of them, in plain English:

  1. When it starts: It starts after the free 30-minute audit call, once we agree on the one job to prototype.
  2. What's built: One workflow or one agent, built against your real tools in a test setup or on sample data you provide. It doesn't touch live customers or production data.
  3. How fast: Working within 5 business days of the day we have the sample data and test access.
  4. How you see it: You see it running on a video call.
  5. No obligation: If you don't go ahead, you owe nothing and you keep a written summary of what it does and what the full build would cost. The working prototype itself stays with us.
  6. If you go ahead: We build it into production at the fixed price on the pricing page: from $995 for a first agent, or from $499 for a single automation. The prototype work is not charged on top.
  7. How many: Limited to 4 free prototypes a month (about one a week), first come, first served. If the month is full we give you the next start date.

What could your prototype look like?

Examples only, using made-up businesses. Each is a single job, built in 5 business days.

A front desk on a test number

Example: a two-person glass company. The Front Desk Agent answers a test phone number using your real hours, service area and price ranges. You call it from the truck, ask about a foggy window and hear it book a measuring visit into a test calendar.

Front Desk Agent

A missed-call text-back

Example: a landscaping company. Let a call to the test number ring out, and within a minute a text arrives in your wording asking what the caller needs. Reply as a customer and the details land in a test spreadsheet.

Follow-Up Agent

A quote follow-up

Example: a fence rental company. You send a few old quotes with the names changed. The prototype shows the follow-up texts it would send on your schedule, and stops the moment a "customer" replies.

Follow-Up Agent

Receipts into a test QuickBooks

Example: a fine art studio. Forward a handful of receipts to a test inbox and watch draft entries appear in a QuickBooks test company, with vendor, date, amount and GST/HST filled in.

Admin Agent

What happens after the prototype?

You decide. Either answer is fine with us.

If you go ahead

We build it into production at the fixed price: from $995 for a first agent. The prototype work is not charged on top. The production version connects to your live phone, calendar or books, is typically live in about 2 weeks, and comes with documentation, a walkthrough and 2 weeks of support.

After that, monthly support is optional from $99/month, month to month, cancel anytime. You own what we build: the workflows, prompts and documentation.

If you don't

You owe nothing. You keep the written summary of what the prototype does and what the full build would cost, so you can come back to it whenever you're ready.

The working prototype itself stays with us.

Free prototype questions

Is the prototype really free?

Yes. There's no charge and no obligation. If you don't go ahead, you owe nothing and you keep a written summary of what it does and what the full build would cost.

Why would you build one for free?

Because AI coding tools now do the mechanical build work, like connecting your apps and testing, about 5x faster. Understanding your business didn't speed up, which is why the free call comes first. A working prototype is the clearest way to show you what an agent would do before you commit to anything.

Will it talk to my real customers?

No. It runs on your real tools in a test setup, or on sample data you provide, and it doesn't touch live customers or production data. You see it working on a video call.

What do I need to send you?

Test access to the tools involved, or some sample data, depending on the job: your hours and prices, a few old quotes or a handful of receipts. The 5 business days start on the day we have the sample data and test access.

What if this month is already full?

I build 4 free prototypes a month, about one a week, first come, first served. If the month is full, we give you the next start date.

Can I keep the prototype?

The working prototype itself stays with us. If you go ahead, we build it into production at the fixed price, the prototype work isn't charged on top, and you own what we build: the workflows, prompts and documentation.
